The time it takes to clean your carpets depends on the size of the area being cleaned. Typically, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour per room. For larger areas like living rooms or multiple rooms, the process can take a bit longer. We'll always keep you informed on the expected time. 

 We recommend having your carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year to maintain their appearance and hygiene. However, if you have pets or small children, you may want to clean your carpets more frequently. For homes with heavy foot traffic, every 6-9 months is a good rule of thumb. 

 Our Jerry Steamer Pet Pro & Refresh Treatment uses an enzyme-based solution designed to break down and neutralize pet urine and odors at the molecular level. We begin by using UV light to locate hidden urine spots, then apply a pet-safe cleaning solution followed by hot water extraction to lift away stains and odors. To ensure the best results, we recommend that you move any small furniture or items from the cleaning area. If you have larger furniture that cannot be moved, we can work around it. Additionally, we ask that you allow time for your carpets to dry after cleaning (usually 2-4 hours), so avoid walking on them immediately after cleaning.
